Dr. Luke Hughes-Davies has been my "anchor" during my long passage navigating cancer.He and his team work extremely hard in the background to enable me to live with my condition.I feel I am so lucky, despite what is going on in my life, to be supported by such a wonderful man.SO many thanks.NHB.

Luke Hughes-Davies is my hero. I cannot ask for more -- or recieve more from a fabulous consultant.
Always there when he's needed -- very reassuring when the news is not always great -- and his positive attitude makes a big difference to me and my family. He has a brilliant team working with home -- in fact the whole team effort in ocology at Addenbrookes is -- to my mind -- brilliant.

My idea of the complete health care professional. Straight talking yet, empathetic. Always right on top of your case and clearly takes a personal interest. he will call you at home, often within a few minutes of the results of scans etc, so as not to have to anxiously waiting. The care I am receiving from this Doctor is in itself having a positive effect upon my dealing with cancer, since my feeling of "Being Cared For" raises my spirits.
